IT Raids on Jaya's Poes Garden Residence

About Rs 1,430 crore of undisclosed income was identified during the Income Tax Raids on Jaya TV and Sasikala's Coterie few days ago. This include Rs 7 crore in cash and jewellery worth Rs 5 crore.
Within days after this massive search operation, IT Sleuths raided Poes Garden residence of former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa. The search operation which happened on Friday evening was limited to the two rooms of Sasikala Natarajan and a room of AIADMK Supremo's Personal Secretary S Poongundran.
IT Department conducted the raid upon receiving the information that electronic storage devices were moved out of Veda Nilayan. A Desktop Computer, Laptop, Four Pen Drives had been seized.
