BJP President Amit Shah made a key statement regarding the bilateral cricketing ties ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy final between India and Pakistan in England.
Amit Shah who is the head of Gujarat Cricket Association said: 'India and Pakistan will continue to play ICC Tourneys but neither India plays on Pakistan soil nor Pakistan plays on Indian soil'.
Cricket Lovers will be disappointed to hear such a statement from Amit Shah. Any Indian politician will react in a similar way considering the situation in Jammu & Kashmir since the past one year. Even BCCI ruled out any possibility of India-Pakistan bilateral series after frequent terror attacks planned from Pakistan soil. So, Fans need to wait for ICC ODI World Cup or Champions Trophy for watching India-Pakistan clash on the cricket field.
