Way back in 2005, Lakshmi Parvathi filed a complaint with the ACB alleging Chandrababu Naidu has amassed huge wealth illegally. Immediately, TDP Chief obtained a stay order from the High Court. Supreme Court had recently issued a direction that all the long-pending stay orders has to be revoked. As a result, Even the stay order on the DA Case of Naidu got cancelled.
ACB Court issued summons to Lakshmi Parvathi asking her to appear before it for the investigation of the case. She even attended the hearing of this case. ACB Court decided to check the status of Chandrababu Naidu's DA case on May 13th. Which means, TDP Supremo could have a tough time in the future.
