A couple of days ago, Anantapur MP JC Diwakar Reddy told media persons that majority of the winning candidate in Nandyal by-poll will be marginal. 'Normally, Majority should be at least 25,000 to 30,000 but this time it will be very less because of the close contest,' he said.
TDP Leadership might have given a dressing down to the MP for making such comments ahead of by-election. Speaking to media Today, JC said: 'Never been before Opposition had won in Nandyal by-poll. Victory of TDP is guaranteed. Majority would be up to 40,000 to 50,000'.
JC questioned what else does voters of Nandyal want when TDP Government is ensuring all-round development in the constituency. He found fault with Jagan for making 'Shoot Him in Public & Hang Him' comments against AP Chief Minister. The MP opined Jagan will treat people of Nandyal in the same manner in which he is attacking CM if they don't vote for YCP in by-poll.
