YS Jaganmohan Reddy has been responding on any issue happening in the state quickly during his ongoing Praja Sankalpa Yatra. This proactive approach is making the TDP Leaders restless.
Women in Pathepuram Village of Nidamarru Mandal launched an Anti-Liquor Movement few days ago demanding removal of wine shops. Whereas, AP Government increased the Liquor Shops instead of reducing them. Subbamma, an Elderly Woman in the village, died due to heart attack soon after knowing about this news.
Upon getting information about the tragic news, YS Jagan wrote an open letter to CM Chandrababu Naidu holding the State Government responsible for the death of Subbamma. The quick response from Opposition Leader on the issue has sent a strong message to the people.
TDP bagged all the Assembly Seats in West Godavari in 2014 Polls. People of this region were already against Mega Aqua Food Park. And now, The death of Subbamma could intensify the anti-liquor movement. Promise made by Jagan on liquor prohibition could benefit YSR Congress a lot in next elections.
