YS Jaganmohan Reddy alleged CM Chandrababu Naidu has come to Nandyal with cash bags with the intention to buy voters just alike he bought Opposition MLAs. 'The moment by-elections arrived, Babu scouts new ways to cheat people one more time. Where did he get all this money from? A fraction of the money looted from public is being spent in this manner,' he said.
