Jagan announces Indefinite Fast

YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy announced his decision to stage an indefinite fast starting from September 15th in Guntur for achieving Special Category Status. He informs YSR Congress MLAs & other party leaders will take part the fast along with him.
Jagan called for a press conference within hours after TDP Government refused to issue ultimatum to Modi-led NDA. He made it clear that more pressure could be mounted on Union Government only when TDP withdraws its support to NDA. He appealed political parties and people of AP to fight collectively to make centre accord Special Status.
The Opposition Leader alleged Chandrababu Naidu has been behaving in an irresponsible manner in Assembly and he don't even have a clear understanding of Special Category Status. "It's been 15 months since United AP was divided, Still there is no clarity on the promise made by then PM Manmohan Singh in Rajya Sabha," he complains.
