YSR Congress Supremo YS Jaganmohan Reddy welcomed Federal Front proposed by Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao after the meeting with TRS Working President KT Rama Rao on Wednesday.
While speaking to media, YS Jaganmohan Reddy mentioned about discussing with KTR about Federal Front, Special Category Status to AP and many aspects related to the States. He stressed the need for a front comprising of Regional Parties to fight against the injustice being done by the Union Government. 'Telugu States have 42 MPs. That's more than enough to fight for the rights,' opined Yuva Neta.
KTR claimed he met YS Jagan as per the directions of his Father and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao. He told, 'There is a necessity for a strong alternative to NDA & UPA. Like-minded Parties should join hands. We are hopeful of YCP joining Federal Front'.
KCR came in touch with Jagan on the phone after KTR met him. He will also meet the YCP Chief to personally invite him into Federal Front.
