Why Jagan wants to approach Court?

YSR Congress Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy warned AP Government that his party will fight even if 1 cent of land was forcefully acquired from the people of the state. He made this comment during his visit to Ravivalasa of Bhogapuram mandal in Vizianagaram on Monday.
Jagan extended his support to farmers who have launched an indefinite fast against the forceful land acquisition taken up by AP Government to set up a new Airport in Bhogapuram. He has given assurance to the farmers of the region that YCP will be joining hands with them in the movement.
Addressing the farmers, YS Jagan alleged: "The land belonging to AP Panchayat Raj minister Ayyanna Patrudu wasn't acquired by the Government. At the same time, Lands of farmers have been acquired against their wishes in the same region. YCP would approach court if injustice is being done. We will return all such forcefully acquired land if our party comes to power".
