Lodha Builders have got a good reputation across the World. The first thing that comes to mind when people talk about high-rise buildings in the country is the Lodha Group. A Senior Film Actor has now made serious allegations on such a prestigious Real Estate Firm.
Jagapathi Babu held a press conference along with those Buyers who got cheated by the Lodha Group. 'Many People have bought flats as Lodha Group promised to build Lodha Bellezza Sky Villas in 10.5 acres of plot in Kukatpally. But now, They have been building Meridian Apartments spread across 3 acres in the same compound. Even a compound wall was constructed, which comes under invasion of our privacy. Promising that Greater Community will be constructed in 10.5 acres, They completed Lodha Bellezza Sky Villas in just 7-and-a-half acres and using the remaining land for low-end Apartments,' he alleged.
The Actor demanded stringent action against Lodha Group from GHMC Commissioner for allegedly cheating the Buyers. He threatened to proceed legally if GHMC remains a mere spectator.
