Now, Even Union Government has focused on Uddanam Nephropathy. Health Minister Jagath Prakash Nadda announced that Indian Counsel for Medical Research Team will tour Uddanam to find out why so many people from the region suffer from kidney-related issue.
Union Health Minister Jagath Prakash Nadda and Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu launched CGHS Wellness Centre in Vizag. On this occasion, Mr. Nadda told: 'It's unfortunate that Uddanam issue remained unresolved since decades. We will implement Prime Minister Dialysis Yojana in PPP Model. Special Dialysis Unit has been sanctioned to AP'.
