Is it fair to mock KCR?

Its no secret that all the good reputation TRS Government earned in the past two years got lost in the past five days. Particularly, The negative campaign on Social Media is embarrassing the Ruling Party Leaders.
Netizens were posting sarcastic comments on the statements given by KCR after formation of the Government. Telangana CM was mocked for the delay in addressing the after-effects of heavy rains. Although AP Chief Minister too faced criticism, Jokes were more on his Telangana Counterpart and it could be seen as a reflection of the growing frustration among the residents of Hyderabad.
TRS Leaders proudly claimed PM Narendra Modi has appreciated the Telangana Government for its corruption free rule. But, That doesn't mean negligence will be tolerated.
Of course, KTR is monitoring situation, holding meeting, paying visits to colonies and passing orders to the Authorities on the rescue and relief operations. One must say, Either Quick action from GHMC is missing or Lack of sufficient staff might be a concern.
