Much to everyone's shock, Special NIA Judge Ravinder Reddy submitted his resignation to AP Chief Justice hours after delivering the verdict in the Mecca Masjid case. He cited personal issues as the reason behind stepping down

On Monday, Mr.Ravinder Reddy acquitted all the five accused including Swami Aseemanand stating not even a single allegation made by the Prosecution has been proved.

AIMIM Chief & Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi responded on the resignation in this manner: 'Judge who gave acquittal to all accused in Mecca Masjid Blast RESIGNS very intriguing and I am surprised with the Lordship decision'.
