Unexpected Turn in Aarushi Talwar Case

There seems to be no ending for the sensational case linked to the mystery deaths of teenage girl Aarushi Talwar and domestic help Hemraj on May 16th, 2008. While Aarushi was found dead with a slit on her throat in her bedroom, Hemraj's body appeared on the terrace.
CBI which investigated the case has drawn the conclusion that Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar killed their Daughter in a fit of rage after finding her in a compromising position with servant Hemraj. Even the CBI Court awarded life sentence to the Talwars based on the charge sheet.
Whereas, Allahabad High Court had on October 12th this year acquitted Aarushi's Parents Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar from the double murder case citing lack of substantial evidence. Talwars walked out of the prison finally.
Just when people assumed the whole episode has come to an end, Hemraj's Wife Khumkala Banjade moved Supreme Court challenging the acquittal of Talwars. She believes the rich and influential obtained the verdict in their favour.
Senior Advocate KTS Tulsi will represent Hemraj's Wife in Supreme Court in this sensational case.
