10 Years Action Plan for Hyderabad: KCR

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao directed Government Officials to prepare a 10 years action plan for the all-round development of Hyderabad. The agenda is to meet the needs of people who will be living in Hyderabad for the next three decades.
KCR opined Hyderabad require two reservoirs to meet the growing demand for drinking water. While one reservoir will store the Godavari water flowing in from Kaleswaram project, Other reservoir will store the water flowing in from Palamur project. CM directed Officials to work towards storing at least 10-15 tmc ft water in each reservoir.
TRS Supremo wished to see Hyderabad have greenery on par with New Delhi. He decided to appoint an IFS Officer to take measures in this regard.
Chief Minister asked Officials to ensure the industrial waste doesn't enter the water bodies in the city. He wants the overhead lines in the city to be removed for betterment of power supply.
