KCR's Political Successor announced

KCR's Daughter & Nizamabad MP K Kavitha made sensational comments on Saturday. She declared her bother K Taraka Rama Rao is the political successor of her father KCR.
Kavitha heaped praises on KTR for fulfilling the responsibility of GHMC polls given by KCR in an efficient manner. She claimed to have noticed a vast change in the political atmosphere in Greater Hyderabad and all the sections have unanimously voted for TRS in GHMC polls.
The Telangana Jagruthi President opined KTR was instrumental & a key factor in changing the perception of settlers & making them vote for the ruling party.
Why did Kavitha made such an announcement now? Is this a ploy of KCR to project KTR as his Successor? Will KTR be made Telangana CM if TRS wins in 2019 Polls?
