On the Fourth Day of First Assembly Session, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao assured implementation of all the poll promises in the TRS Manifesto. He suggested Opposition not to make a hue & cry over the promises which has to be implemented in a span of 5 years.

KCR pledged TRS Government would successfully implement Farm Loan Waiver of up to Rs 1 lakh. He recalled TRS Government spending Rs 17,000 crore for Farm Loan Waiver in the first term. An assurance was given that Rs 24,000 crore will be spent towards waiver of farm loan in the second term. 'Finance Department Secretary is already holding talks with the Bankers for implementation of Farm Loan Waiver. Our Government is farmers friendly. We would regularise IKP Employees and offer them the responsibility of Food Processing Units,' he told.

CM claimed TRS Government implemented 76 Schemes which weren't in Manifesto in its First Term. He rubbished the speculations that few people lost eye-sight because of Kanti Velugu Scheme. A clarification was given that no operations have been done under this scheme so far.

KCR: 'New Pass Books were offered to 54 lakhs of Farmers in the state. Rythu Bheema benefitted 6,062 farmers families so far. We would certainly implement Panchayat Raj Act after the Lok Sabha Polls'.
