Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao have the luxury to take any decision after the historic victory in the Assembly Polls 2018. He needn't have to worry about opposition within the party after winning 88 seats. That is why KTR has been appointed as TRS Working President without any delay.
Sources say, KTR was assigned the task to ensure TRS emerges victorious in Panchayat and Lok Sabha Polls. He may be inducted into the State Cabinet only after the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections. If KCR moves to the National Politics after Lok Sabha Polls, KTR will be elevated as the Chief Minister of Telangana.
On the other hand, KCR is likely to offer a crucial portfolio for T Harish Rao to rule out any scope for criticism. Probably, He could be appointed as the Deputy CM of Telangana apart from assigning the task to take care of Irrigation Portfolio for completion of Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha.
KCR is going to offer good prominence to Minorities and Dalits during his second term as CM. These communities will have good representation in the TRS Cabinet.
