Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be aspiring to emerge as an alternative for Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi. TRS Supremo believes he have all the qualities to become the next Prime Minister of India.
KCR already began focusing on the Federal Front which is an alternative to NDA and UPA. He is garnering the support of Regional Parties in the country for finding an alternative to National Parties.
TRS, TMC, YSRC, AIADMK, SP and BSP could be the major parties in the Federal Front. KCR feels Telugus will have a say if TRS & YCP wins anywhere between 35 to 40 MP Seats in Telangana and AP. If that happens, TRS Chief could even become the PM of India post 2019 Elections with the support of YCP. He has been constantly in touch with the heads of Regional Parties since the past few months. If both NDA and UPA fall short of magic figure, KCR could at least get Deputy PM Post in Federal Front quota. Even BJP could prefer taking the support of Third Front to deny power to the UPA for 5 more years. KCR might form alliance with BJP, but not Congress which is the main opposition in Telangana. So, Federal Front is a major threat for UPA.
