KCR To Proceed Legally Against Media Honcho

Banner Stories of a mediahouse on May 21st and 22nd targeting the TRS Government hasn't gone down well with the TRS Government. The other day, The media house reported that Telangana State is in a financial crisis. And Today, It reported that contractors stopped the works of various projects in the state after the TRS Government failed to make payments.
Yesterday, Finance Secretary Ramakrishna issued a press release condemning the Media Report on financial crisis and maintained that Telangana continues to be a rich state. Still, The Mediahouse came up with an article highlighting the financial crisis on Wednesday.
Miffed with it, KCR ordered Authorities to proceed legally against the Mediahouse for publishing damaging reports even after the clarification from the State Government. He also directed the Officials to lodge a complaint with the Press Council of India in this regard.
Once after the Election Code of Conduct ends, KCR might launch a direct battle against this particular Mediahouse. He did impose a ban for several months during the first term. What would TRS Chief do in the second term?
