How helpful are KTR's Midnight Tours?

In the wake of heavy rains disturbing the normal life in Hyderabad, Municipal Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has been using all of his energies on addressing the serious issues. But, one must say there is hardly any improvement in the situation even after KTR's active participation.
KTR has been visiting various places in the city since the past two days and assuring them possible help from GHMC at the earliest. Even after his tours at day time and midnight, Works haven't been done on war-footing and people were expressing their anguish in the presence of media. Some people even passed satires on the T-Minister. Only KTR's dressing has changed but not the situation or the problems we have been facing.
Earlier, Only people is low-lying areas have faced issues with rains. This time, Heavy rains for days affected the people who bought Apartments for Rs 30-40 lakhs in Hyderabad. Builders have encroached lakes to construct Apartments. Due to which, The naalas set up for water flow have been blocked and the entire water gets struck in the basement of the apartments.
