CBN Works For Telugu Desam, Not Desam!

During the 'Meet The Press', TRS Working President K Taraka Rama Rao was asked about the TRS Stand on Special Category Status. Then, He replied: 'Until recently, Chandrababu Naidu questioned whether if Special Category Status is Sanjeevani. And now, The same person is trying to project that Special Status is the solution for everything. First of all, Let him attain the clarity over what he wants and what he doesn't need. Because, He seems to be in a confused state and confusing the people as well. Once after he makes up his mind, Then you could ask the opinions of others on the matter'.
Asked if TRS is proposing Federal Front only to favour Congress, KTR brushed it aside as a silly argument. He made it clear, 'KCR is very particular about Non-BJP, Non-Congress Front. Whereas, Chandrababu Naidu is backing UPA only for the sake of his political mileage. While KCR proposed Federal Front for Desam, Chandrababu began supporting UPA for Telugu Desam. Post 2019 Polls, TDP doesn't have any role to play in the national politics'.
When quizzed if there is a possibility of forming a front without the support of Congress, KTR answered: 'BJP is no way going to win over 150 seats in 2019 Lok Sabha Polls. Even if Congress wins double the seats it won in 2014, It's tally would be around 90. They don't have the required numbers to form the government even if these two national parties join hands. Which means, There is scope for a third alternative. We can't bring change if we watch TV or take part in the TV Debates. If we take our vision into the people by proving our credibility, The change would automatically happen'.
