Mahakutami: Kodandaram - Compromise or Exit?
X
Parties of Grand Alliance will hold a crucial meeting on September 25th to decide on Common Minimum Programme and Seats Sharing. Telangana Jana Samithi Chief Kodandaram has demanded Common Minimum Programme to fulfill the aspirations of T-Martyrs. He also wants allotment of not less than 25 Assembly Seats for TJS.

None of the Parties in Mahakutami are pleased with the two major demands of Kodandaram. They suspect Kodandaram might be planning to gain grip on Administration if Grand Alliance forms government by becoming Chairman of the Common Minimum Programme. Congress wants to restrict the role of Kodandaram to providing Ex-Gratia and Jobs for the families of T-Martyrs. When it comes to Seats, The National Party can't offer more than 15 seats at any cost.

If the talks fail on September 25th Meeting, Congress might even show the exit door for Telangana Jana Samithi from Mahakutami. Will Kodandaram take such a risk?
