Telangana MLA rates CBN better than KCR

Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy opined TDP regime in the United AP is much better than the present TRS Government in Telangana. Why does he feels so?
After his meeting with Chief Secretary SP Singh, Komatireddy said: 'When Chandrababu Naidu was CM of United AP, He used to offer appointment to Opposition Leaders whenever we wish to meet him. KCR have no time for anyone. Neither he comes to Secretariat nor offers appointment to anyone at Pragati Bhavan'.
Komatireddy cautioned KCR that scamsters might even encroach Secretariat citing the Miyapur Land Scam. He accused TRS Government of making Telangana a debt-ridden state by obtaining thousands of crores as loans in the name of corporation.
The Congress Legislator suspected a huge scam in the sheep distribution launched by TRS Government. He added, There is bound to be a scam in anything that's been done by the present government.
