Calling off play in Second T20 Match between India and West Indies citing the wet outfield has been widely discussed now. West Indies skipper Carlos Brathwaite came under criticism for deliberately stopping the match to avoid defeat.

Batting first, West Indies set a target of 144 in 20 Overs. In reply, India scored 15 runs in 2 Overs. Then, Rain interruption took place. As per Duckworth-Lewis Method, India will win if it could score Rs 28 runs in 5 Overs. Had if India played at least one more over, The target could have been easily achieved but Brathwaite didn't let that happen.

Brathwaite says it was unsafe for our players as the run-ups wasn't good enough.

Dhoni, however, differs: 'In my 10 years of International career, I have played under worse conditions than this. I don't think the run-ups of the bowlers is a big concern as there is no Shoaib Akhtar in the West Indies Team'.

The series would have have been leveled had if India won the second T20. That's how Brathwaite, the T20 World Cup Hero, spoiled Team India's party?
