Modi Statue in Delhi's Tussauds cost Rs 1 crore

Madame Tussauds in London boasts around 300 wax statues of prominent personalities across the World. Now, A branch of it will be established for the first time in India.
Delhi's Madame Tussauds is going to have Wax Replicas of 50 Achievers. The statue of Prime Minister Narendra Modi made at a cost of Rs 1 crore will be a special attraction. Wax Statues of Freedom Fighters & Bollywood Stars can be found here.
Merlin Entertainments, which is the operator of Madame Tussauds, expects visitors anywhere between 2,000 to 4,5000 per day. The price of each ticket could be Rs 800 to 900.
An investment of 50 million pounds is going be made on this project in the next 10 years. Students & Families are sections targeted for revenue generation.
