Magunta Stuns TDP With Entry Into YCP

Former Ongole MP Magunta Sreenivasulu Reddy tendered his resignation to the primary membership of the Telugu Desam Party on Thursday. He sent his resignation letter to TDP AP President Kala Venkat Rao.
Addressing the media, Magunta declared he would be joining YSR Congress Party soon. He claims to have having good association with former Chief Minister late YS Rajasekhar Reddy. 'Took this decision taking the views expressed by family members, followers and well-wishers into confidence,' he said.
Magunta Sreenivasulu Reddy turned down Ongole MP Ticket and Nellore MP Ticket offered by TDP Leadership. He wishes to contest for Ongole MP Seat on YCP Ticket. Whether Jagan will be able to convince Sitting MP YV Subba Rao to sacrifice his seat or offers MLA Ticket for Magunta remains to be a mystery for now. Wait for the announcement of YCP Candidates to know about the strategy of YCP Leadership!
