Modi's Question: KCR's YES & CBN's NO!

Chief Ministers of Telugu States attended the nomination filing of NDA's Presidential Candidate Ram Nath Kovind on Friday. Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao offered contrast answers to a question asked by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the pep talk.
Modi asked CMs if the rainfall is abundant this year. While KCR replied 'Yes', Babu quickly said 'No'. Chandrababu Naidu informed Modi that rainfall in Telangana is good in the past 2 years but the situation in AP is completely different. That's when Modi commented rainfall in Telangana is more as TRS Government is after Irrigation Projects. This comment seems to have not gone down well with AP Chief Minister who completed Pattiseema in record time and holding review meetings on Polavaram every Monday to wrap up the project by 2018.
On the other hand, Even Maharashra CM Devendra Fadnavis and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan informed PM about the less rainfall in their respective states.
