Prime Minister Narendra Modi filed his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha Constituency on Friday. He declared movable and immovable assets worth Rs 2.51 crore in the affidavit. While Movable Assets are worth Rs 1.41 crore, Immovable Assets are valued at Rs 1.1 crore. Way back in 2014, Narendra Modi declared his total assets worth Rs 1.65 crore.

PM had invested Rs 1.27 crore in fixed deposits. Rs 7.61 lakh were invested in National Saving Certificate (NSC), Rs 1.9 lakh in LIC Policies and Rs 20,000 in tax saving Infra Bonds.

Bank Balance of Modi in the savings account is Rs 4,143. He have Rs 38,750 cash in hand. Four Gold Rings weighing 45 grams belonging to Modi are valued at Rs 1.13 lakh.

Modi claimed to be a M.A Degree holder from Gujarat University in 1983 and an Arts Graduate from Delhi University in 1978. He cleared SSC Exam from Gujarat Board in the year 1967.

Prime Minister owns 3,531 sq ft plot in Sector-1, Gandhinagar. This property is worth Rs 1.1 crore.

Modi named Jasodaben as his Wife. He, however, claimed to be having no clue about the source of income of his wife.

As per the declaration, There are no criminal cases pending against Narendra Modi. Government Salary and Interest paid by Bank are his sources of income.
