Loan Waiver not implemented 100%: TDP MLA

TDP MLA Modugula Venugopal Reddy made sensational comments on the AP Government. 'Farm Loan Waiver hasn't been implemented 100 percent. In Guntur, Realtors have been coming up with layouts in lakhs of acres and availing subsidy on fertilizers projecting themselves as farmers, ' he alleged.
The Guntur West Legislator adds, 'Guntur has become like a hub for fake seeds. These fake seeds are mixed in the fertilizers manufacturing plants. Raids by officials has been more like publicity stunt'.
Actually, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu promised Cabinet Berth to Modugula if he wins against Congress leader Kanna Lakshminarayana in 2014 Polls. However, Ministerial Berth was denied to him even in the recent cabinet expansion. Since then, Modugula has been making statements which irk the TDP Government.
