Why Mohan Babu praised Woman Sarpanch?

Collection King Mohan Babu showered praises on Ramireddypally Sarpanch Kotala Padmaja. Why did he do so? Just because Padmaja was born & brought up in Telangana, Married a guy from Seemandhra and now serving as Sarpanch in Chittoor's Chandragiri constituency.
Mohan Babu, his son Manchu Manoj and local MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy attended the Jallikattu organized at Ramireddypally.
Addressing the gathering, Mohan Babu claimed he is a man with morals & ethics. He particularly expressed his aversion to cruelty against animals. At the same time, Collection King expressed his support to bull taming sport Jallikattu which is a tradition continued since several decades.
Sarpanch Padmaja thanked Mohan Babu, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and Manoj for accepting her invitation.
