More H-1B Visas - More Jobs for Americans!

A CEO of a Tech Firm in Silicon Valley has reportedly advised US President-elect Donald Trump to reform the H-1B Visa System and take measure to increase the quota to achieve his goal of economic growth.
Founder & CEO of Laurel Strategies Alan H Fleischmann opined the first step Donald Trump should take is to reform H-1B visa program, so that American Firm could hire high-skilled workers from other Nations to grow big. He said Trump's stance on this issue isn't yet defined and hence there is an opportunity to address the policy issue.
Mr. Alan feels many of the voters preferred Trump over Hillary Clinton because they felt left out of 21st century tech based economy. 'They neither believed innovation as a powerful job creator either,' he added.
The Laurel Strategies Founder sees H-1B as a lifeline to the global talent and these skilled-people are boosting the economic growth in USA rather than in other countries. He told H-1B visas has only increased jobs for Americans and even their wages have risen. 'The cap of 65,000 per year on H-1B visas is unfair. It could be sufficient 30 years ago but not now when the demand for high-skilled workers is huge,' he points out.
As per US Chamber of Commerce 2012 report, Every H-1B Empolyee created 2.62 additional jobs for American Workers.
