AP CM Chandrababu Naidu breathed fire on PM Narendra Modi during the Ugadi Celebrations on Sunday.
Chandrababu: 'I am the senior most leader in the country. It's only after Me, several others had become Chief Ministers. Despite having such a stature, Centre didn't bother to offer Special Status though I had visited Delhi 29 times in the past four years'.
Chief Minister claims to have realized BJP cheated AP after the presentation of the final Union Budget of NDA-I. He accused BJP of trying to create unnecessary issues in the state for diverting the attention from injustice it did. 'When I told Telugu People can't compromise on Self Respect, PM humiliated us in the Parliament. Finance Minister behaved as if we asked the fund meant for Defence,' he complained.
Babu now declares Special Status is Telugu People's right. He appealed students and artistes to join the movement for Special Status.
