Rare Video: Modi Hugs Vajpayee!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi respects Atal Bihari Vajpayee a lot and often mentions the name of the 3-time PM in his speeches. After the demise of the BJP Patriarch, A rare video of Modi hugging Vajpayee at the BJP Headquarters several years ago surfaced online. When NaMo offered a warm hug, Vajpayee was seen patting on his back with a smile on his face.
Modi considers Vajpayee as his Mentor. He used to visit the residence of Former PM once in few months to seek his blessings.
The only time there was a friction between Modi and Vajpayee was during the 2002 Gujarat Riots. Vajpayee had even contemplated on outing Modi as Gujarat CM but spared him by teaching him about Rashtradharma. After that phase, Modi emerged as the most successful & efficient CM in the country. He had gone to the extent of becoming Prime Minister with unbelievable majority in Parliament.
