Jaganmohan Reddy moved CBI Special Court seeking six months exemption from attending the proceedings on every Friday citing his Padayatra which gonna begin on November 2nd. Much to the shock of the YCP Chief, The court dismissed the petition moved by him.

CBI argued granting exemption would delay the trial of Disproportionate Assets case. Though Jagan informed his Lawyer will appear for court hearings on his behalf, Court didn't offer a favorable judgement.

Actually, YSR Congress Legislative Party Meeting is supposed to happen Today to discuss about the strategy to be followed for upcoming Assembly Sessions. Jagan, however, postponed Legislative Party Meeting but held discussions with few party seniors. The court has delivered its order even before the end of this meeting.

No matter what might be the order passed by the Court, Jagan has made up his mind to kickstart the Padayatra as per schedule. He will be visiting Tirumala on October 28th for the darshan of Lord Balaji. Padayatra will begin at Idupulapaya on November 2nd.
