Pakistan is likely to emerge as World's 3rd Biggest Nuclear Power in a span of 10 years from now.

At present, Pakistan is lagging behind US, Russia, France, UK and China who are considered to be the best five Nuclear power Nations. It is marginally ahead of India already and could be World No.3 in just 10 years as it has set the target of producing 20 nuclear warheads per year to effectively face external threats. India is able to produce only 2 to 5 nuclear warheads per year.

As per a news report, Pakistan currently possess a weapon count of 120. It is capable of possessing as many as 350 weapons in the next 10 years. This should help Pak surpass Nations such as France, UK and China.

While US and Russia possess 1,600 weapons each, India's weapon count is anywhere around 100. India have 600 kgs of Plutonium, where as Pakistan has about 170 kgs of Plutonium and 3.1 metric tons of HEU (Highly Enriched Uranium). With the stockpiles of fissile material available, India could produce 120 Nuclear weapons and Pakistan could deliver almost double, that's 240 weapons.
