This is the hot topic in Political Circles at the moment because of the way Pawan Kalyan keeps making statements but he doesn't implement what he says. When Jana Sena decided not to contest 2014 Polls, People termed it as a sacrifice PK made for sake of TDP-BJP Alliance. But, The impression public had on Jana Sena Supremo kept changing after kept hesitating to contest any election in the past 3 years.
Pawan Kalyan told Jana Sena will contest By-election and GHMC Polls but that didn't happen. He is yet to make his stand clear on Nandyal by-election though Jana Sena isn't in the race at all. And now, Kalyan remained mum even ahead of Kakinada Corporation polls. Already, TDP-BJP decided to contest together against YSR Congress.
Jana Sena Chief is yet to clarify whether he have plans to contest any election before 2019 Polls. His style of functioning is making people assume he could be suffering from Election Phobia. If this situation continues, Public will reach a conclusion that Pawan Kalyan won't field any candidates in 2019 Elections as well.
