As the TSRTC strike has reached 9th day on Monday, the protest by employees against the government has taken a new path as few of the employees lost their lives after the Telangana Chief Minister KCR's decision to dismiss the 48000 employees.
However, the tragic incident happened on Sunday when a TSRTC driver Srinivas Reddy burnt himself outside his house in Khammam.
Pawan Kalyan got emotional hearing the tragic news of Khammam depot RTC driver Srinivas Reddy, who self-immolated himself for the demands of RTC employees. He paid tributes to the deceased and requested the government to put an end to this.
Pawan Kalyan tweeted, " It's painful to see the death of TRTC employee 'Srinivas reddy' by self-immolation. TS-Government should not have pushed employees to get into such an extreme form of protest for their demands." I request Govt to put an end to this. Posted a letter on this issue.
