A Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone managed to function despite falling from a 1,000 feet height. Robert Ryan posted a video which was captured when his uncle (Pilot Blake Henderson) accidentally dropped the phone while experiencing severe turbulence onboard a small aircraft. This incident happened when Blake Henderson was recording another aircraft from the window of his chopper.
The Viral Video gives people a first-hand look at what it's like to fall from 1,000 feet in the air. The mobile covered the distance within 17 seconds. Finally, Pilot's Family found the mobile on soil in their yard and returned it to the mobile company.
Robert Ryan clarified this isn't a marketing strategy to promote Samsung Phones. He claims to have mentioned the type of phone as many people have asked him about it.
