Punjab National Bank (PNB) which is one of India's multinational banking firm disclosed a fraud to the tune of Rs 11,400 crore and held jewellery billionaire Nirav Modi responsible for it. This scam has damaged the reputation of Nirav Modi and PNB.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli is now mulling to end ties with Punjab National Bank. He was hired as a brand ambassador in 2016 by PNB to safeguard its future after being hit with bad loans. Kohli who opened a bank account with PNB at the age of 16 encouraged people to use the banking services offered by it after signing the deal.
Certainly, No celebrity would prefer continuing association with any brand if it's in negative light. MS Dhoni ended brand endorsement deal with Amrapali Group which failed to offer flats to buyers in time.
Virat Kohli mayn't be an exception either and he might convey his decision anytime soon. Currently, He is on national duty in South Africa.
