Wanted: An Active Team PK

Whatever happened to team Prashant Kishore? While Jagan is plodding on for the last ten months with his unprecedented Praja Sankalpa Yatra across the length and breadth of the state, Team PK was expected to provide programmes for the party so that the whole organizational network remains fighting fit. Jagan is now left with covering just three more districts. His yatra is eliciting huge response with massive turnouts everywhere. The people are also impressed by Jagan's work.

But, Jagan alone cannot achieve victory for the party in 2019. He needs the party backup. The organization should have regular activity and should ensure that it is in fine shape. Jagan himself understood this after 2014 elections.

Hence, he roped in PK as a political strategist. He ispaying huge amounts to them. But, for the last five months, the team PK has not given any direction to the party workers. The party constituency incharges have been asking PK for guidance, but nothing worth the while is coming out from them. What more, the two or three programmes suggested by PK have just fizzled out. The team itself looks moribund.

Isn't it time that Jagan himself steps in to set things right.
