Arrest Warrant Against CBN: Purandeswari Reacts!

Dharmabad Court in Maharashtra issued Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant against AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and 14 Other TDP Leaders in connection with a case related to protest against Babli Project in 2010. TDP Leaders held BJP-ruled Maharashtra Government responsible for what has happened.
Purandeswari, however, ruled out any chances of BJP's role in the Arrest Warrant. She reminded that the Case was filed in 2010 by the Congress Government in Maharashtra. 'Whatever might happen, TDP thrown the blame on the Centre. How can Centre be held responsible if court issues arrest warrant? Proceedings of the case has been going on since years. When a person moved a petition recently seeking the status of the case, Court issued Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant,' she explained.
BJP AP President Kanna Lakshminarayana mentioned that proceedings of the Babli Case against TDP Leaders had begun in 2013. He told Court had issued Non-Bailable Warrant as TDP Leaders had given a miss to 23 hearings.
