Date fixed for Rahul's elevation as Congress Chief

Rahul Gandhi is going to take over the reins of the Congress Party on December 16th this year.
As many as 89 nominations were filed in favour of Rahul Gandhi's elevation as AICC President. On Monday, The Congress Central Election Authority will announce officially that no nomination has been filed to pose a challenge to Rahul Gandhi. Following which, A certificate will be handed over to Rahul confirming his appointment as the head of the National Party.
Sonia Gandhi is likely to handover the reins of the party to her Son at 11 AM Tomorrow. Later, Rahul will meet leaders from all over the country at the party headquarters.
Congress Party is in power only in five states and one Union Territory. The path Rahul Gandhi should travel is filled with thorns but not roses. He need to restore the lost glory with a spirited fight against highly influential Narendra Modi.
