AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi is unwell since sometime. It's because of this reason she skipped campaigning for five states Assembly Polls.
Rahul Gandhi will be traveling abroad to be beside his ailing Mother who is currently undergoing treatment. Although party sources say it's just a routine medical check-up, One can understand Sonia is having some health issues. Congress Chairperson is currently in USA as per Media Reports.
The moral of Congress Leaders and Cadre is very weak after poll debacle in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Party Leadership has been blamed for failing to form Government in Manipur and Goa despite emerging as single largest party. Following these setbacks, Rahul Gandhi decided to go for an organisational overhaul. He, however, choose to be beside his ailing mother at this time instead of focusing on party affairs and It shows the seriousness of the situation. Get well soon Sonia Ji!
