Rahul Promises Minimum Income To Poor

Rahul Gandhi assured Minimum Income Guarantee for all the poor in the country if Congress is voted to power in the upcoming General Elections. He told amount will be deposited directly into the bank accounts of the deserving people.
Congress Chief accused Narendra Modi of trying to create Two Indias (One of them with Rafale Scam, Anil Ambani, Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi & Mehul Choksi, The other of the poor farmers).
Rahul described the Minimum Income Guarantee scheme as a historic decision as it fetches minimum income for every poor person in the country. He exuded confidence of dethroning the BJP-led NDA from the power by May this year.
