Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray who set a 48-hour deadline for Pakistan Artistes to leave the country and threatened to stall release of those films starring actors of Pak-origin has finally given a concession.

Speaking to reporters Today, Raj Thackeray told every Producer who cast Pakistan artists in their films should pay Rs 5 crore to the Army Relief Fund. He announced calling off protest against 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' release. He demanded Bollywood Producers Guild to offer written assurance that Pak actors wouldn't be roped in future.

Raj Thackeray: 'We have been protesting against Pak Artistes but Bollywood kept ignoring it. Why should we lay red carpet to Pak Actors when our films and channels were banned in their country? Finally, Bollywood realized it! When CM asked Me for a solution, I suggested Rs 5 crore from each of the Producer, Display of a slate of tribute for Uri martyrs in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and Written assurance from Producers Guild'.
