Does Rajamouli think less of Telugu Media?

Rajamouli, is definitely one of the biggest directors of Telugu Cinema and today, all over India too. He will one day be recognised as a legend, but with his way of approach towards his mother tongue and the people who supported him unconditionally, is hurting many. Well, Telugu Media has always been kind to him and his team. Not even once did anyone post anything disrespectful about the man or his films. Still from the beginning of Bahubali, the man seems to be ignoring or thinking it is ok to treat Telugu Media as outsiders.

For Bahubali to go global it was this telugu media that started writing about the film in highly positive fashion that many others too showed interest in a regional film. Sure he had producers who put in crores, sure, he brought in big heads like Karan Johar for assistance in distribution, but many feel it is highly unfair to suggest he has no time for promotions in Telugu but express readiness to travel miles together for National coverage.

Well, it is understandable that he wants his film to work Globally and for that National media will help him but Telugu Media is the one that first brought him such recognition and if he forgets them then it is like he forgot his mother after marriage. He did not ignore his parents, in fact he always puts them high on a pedestal but why not same respect for Telugu Cinema and Media, that first gave you wings to fly? This has been the question as many media persons were denied any interviews or exclusives from the team.

Even though they are interested in promoting the movie and literally carry it on their shoulders, with such a treatment from the director, they resolved to doing it just for the sake of it. Rajamouli may think who needs regional media when you can get national attention, today, but it will be great if he remembers roots too! Many media persons have been expressing the same and we hope the director understands their concern too.
