In 2009, Rakhi Sawant had taken part in a Swayamwar organized by TV Channel and even got engaged to the winner of the show, Elesh Parunjanwala. Within few months, She called off it saying everything was done just to buy a flat with the money earned by doing the show.
Rakhi Sawant recently announced she is playing Honeypreet Insan in the biopic of self-styled godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim who was convicted of raping sadhvis.
