Revanth Reddy attended TDP Working Committee Meeting held at TDP Bhavan in Banjara Hills on Friday morning. Telangana TDP were left shocked upon seeing Revanth as many of them assumed he won't attend because his entry into Congress Party is almost certain to happen.
T-TDP President L Ramana questioned Revanth Reddy about the speculations over his entry into Congress. Revanth was asked to make it clear whether if he would continue in TDP or not. Ramana even commented Revanth shouldn't have attended the meeting if he really wishes to change the party.
In reply, Revanth Reddy questioned L Ramana, 'Did I ever announce I am going to quit TDP'. He also opined T-TDP is failing to expose the failures of TRS Government.
At 10 AM on Friday, Revanth left his house to attend the TDP Working Committee meeting. He arrived to TDP Bhavan only at around 11:30 AM. What happened in this 1-and-a-half-hour? While his Followers say Revanth visited a Temple, Rumours were abuzz that he met Congress Leaders DK Aruna and Komatireddy Brothers at Golconda Hotel.
Few Congress Leaders appealed High Command not to offer any posts such as PCC Working President to Revanth Reddy. On the other hand, The Firebrand Leader has been urging the Congress Leaders who opposed his entry to come forward to work collectively.
