Telangana Congress leader Revanth Reddy has been maintaining a low profile for the past few months. He has been staying away from the Congress programmes, he is not participating in the bus yatra taken up by TPCC leaders. He is not even staying in the media limelight as well. When a firebrand leader like Revanth Reddy maintains silence, it will surely give rise to speculations.
Revanth is reportedly maintaining strategi silence because he is waiting for the appointment of Congress President Rahul Gandhi. He is disappointed with the Congress leadership because the promises made to him at the time of joining the party were not fulfilled and he is ignored by the party. He wanted to discuss his future plan with Rahul Gandhi as his relationship with TPCC chief Uttam Kumar is not strained.
Meanwhile, T-Cong leaders are happy that Revanth is not participating in the bus yatra. They are not treating Revanth Reddy absence as a big issue. But the local leaders in the assembly constituencies are requesting Revanth to attend the programmes. It seems Revanth will start his action plan only after meeting Rahul Gandhi. But Rahul Gandhi is not giving him the appointment as he was occupied with KA elections and the subsequent developments. We have to wait and see how Rahul handles Revanth episode.
